Very dissatisfied with the way this facility handles client issues. I was told if I needed a bigger unit all I had to do was upgrade and pay the difference. When my husband went into the office to upgrade only 2 days after getting our unit, the office told him he wasnt able to make changes (even though his name was in the paperwork.) He was forced to open a total new account and pay an additional $180 dollars for a new unit. I have called multiple times in the past week and have been promised twice that the district manager ...Ā read more
They made everything so easy. I love thus place & recommend them to anyone that asks.Ā
Been here 12 years they raised my rent then forced me to get insurance so a total of 150 dollars a month increase for a parking spot completely unprofessional. I will be contacting better business bureau as well as filing a complaint with other departments in pa about them and contacting an attorney as well for harassment Ā

I was disappointed to see my $45 a month was full of spiders and other insects. It also had what appeared to be bird droppings on the floor. The unit was 3 dollars more a month because of its location, yet it did not include the lock the on-line person would of received.Ā
