Was on time and he was very nice explained everything about the safety bed and even was able to get my son a stroller all I have to say is thank you and keep up the amazing job you all are doing!!

Everything was good except the notification app is not accurate. It does not give a true indication of where the technician is and how long it will actually take to get from there to my home. I expected a half hour wait from notification but it was closer to an hour and a half because his prior appt was no where close to my house. This makes a big difference.
