Everything was good except the notification app is not accurate. It does not give a true indication of where the technician is and how long it will actually take to get from there to my home. I expected a half hour wait from notification but it was closer to an hour and a half because his prior appt was no where close to my house. This makes a big difference.

For the second time needing repair service, the same technician came to fix my power chair. Excellent service both times! Matthew was great with my dog and cat and that speaks volumes for me!
