I'm in ****. Yesterday, on the first of July, my chair's battery drained when I was on my way back from the store. It would not move an inch. I had to call 911 to get to my apartment. Yes, there was some back and forth calling, but NuMotion got me a loaner motorized wheelchair yesterday. Yes, the same day of my trouble, they got me set to right. I can only walk very little due to a painful condition. So my gratitude is boundless for their expeditious assistance.
Absolutely horrible experience. ***** this company at all costs. My insurance paid them $4500 for a bath chair that arrived missing half of the required accessories that are needed for safety. Weeks of emailed and phone calls and nobody will reply. People you reach are rude and not helpful. Even corporate wont do a thing. Finally has to get the insurance involved and still no resolution. Im so sorry for all clients with tough situations with Numotion. I was lied to myself. I was told my chair was shipped February 2nd, over a month ago. And they gave me 3 dates. Come to find out they never shipped my Frame at all. The *** said they lied nothing was made by manufacture, this is not normal.

It has been four months and still do not have a motorized wheelchair repaired. Had to wait two months for some one to evaluate the wheelchair, then wait a month for the part to come in. Now a technician can't complete the repair for another five weeks. My family member has been immobile for 5 months, unable to get to the dining room for meals. Very disappointed by Numotion ******** or ********. Unreasonable delays and poor communication. I am getting billed for my daughter's wheelchair and yet nearly 6 months after she was measured, she still does not have it. Children outgrow wheelchairs and by the time she receives it, it's not going to fit her. Not to mention, she does not have a wheelchair that fits her now. Numotion is making their money so they really don't seem to care.
Wow look at all these people and not one left a review higher than 1 star. I cant say that I'm surprised. Numotion knows good and well that people in wheelchairs are helpless w/o their chairs and they exploit this fact. Firstly you cant reach anyone directly and you have to go thru several annoying channels just to reach someone who lies to you. Their lack of concern is painfully evident. They've no respect for the disabled and consistently place them in difficult predicaments all while spouting lies about appointments etc. ... read more
