Oil stop was a quick in and out for an oil change. The price is fair especially with their $18 coupon and bringing your own oil+filter. Was in and out within 20 minutes. Even though a few add-ons like replacing the air filter was offered, they're okay taking a no. Happy with their service and I hope it doesn't turn out like some other horror stories here with large delayed damages!

I have always driven down from Windsor to use this car wash. I will most likely not be using their services any longer. My car sat and dried in the sun while 2 or 3 other cars that came out afterward were taken care of before mine. In addition, there is now a scratch on the top of my trunk that was not there before. I have babied this car for almost 2 1/2 years, no door dings or scratches until now. I park way out in every parking lot in order to protect the car. So I read reviews before going here yesterday, and although the first reviews are negative, there are more 5 stars than not. I'm so glad I came here!! The service is outstanding! So polite and attentive. The wait is long, but I'd rather sit in my car and wait, than in a waiting room wondering where and who has my vehicle. Why do you have to adjust all my mirrors and my seat when you are driving the car to the start of the car washer? Leave it alone. Then my car is on auxiliary with the ac going and just sitting there. They back my car into weird spots and then move it 100 times. It's like just drive it thru, pull it thru, wash it and move on. And trust me- this is not paranoia, look at the plywood by the oil drive thru. These workers dont know how to drive, it is not worth it. I will just wash my own car.

I did not have a good experience here. They tried to upsell me on tons of services and were basically reading no off a script which made me really uncomfortable. Then while changing my Oil the tech mentioned to another tech that he broke something but then told me it was already like that. Since my service my car has been leaking oil for the first time ever. I have a newer car with low miles so this is upsetting and I am not going to my dealership to have it checked out. I will never come back here and do not recommend it.

Pulled in there was no line but I was stopped and told there was an hour plus wait. There were multiple employees sitting around. When I said I would not wait and drove away. I spotted two employees in my mirror flipping me off. Starting with the manager every employee at this location should be on unemployment

Today I waited over 2 hours in the sun to have my car serviced. There were 5 maybe 6 service people but no one seemed to be working ....several personal were joking walking around wrapping red cloths on cars spraying door hinges but not one steadily worked on one automobile until completion. I could have gone to the dealership and have had my car serviced in an hour. The only thing I had requested was an oil change!!!!
