Polite and helpful staff. Very happy to have stopped here, they're doing what they can to help us with our surprise truck issues and even topping off fluids that weren't included in our purchase.

Went in to check my oil because I have to drive to Carmel and Jonathan went out of his way to help me out and top of my oil so I could be on my way. I was really short on time and he was very very prompt polite and courteous lucky for oil stop to have an employee like that Highly recommended

Prices are reasonable whether you're getting a car wash or an oil change and they also offer online coupons in addition if you're looking for a little extra savings.
The best car wash experience in Sonoma County, hands down! Service is always with a smile. They have employees that have been working there for 10+years! I have been coming to the Chevron Oil Stop at 6111 Redwood Drive in Rohnert Park for 7-years and 6 vehicles later. These vehicles include, Lexus, Nissan, Dodge, and Volkswagen, Ford and Honda. I can't not EXPRESS how EXCEPTIONAL the service provided while taking all my vehicles to ONE place! The entire crew is friendly and knowledgeable and won't make you feel pressured into purchasing additional services. Fast oil change. I used to go to privately owned automotive places like Carson's or Bowen's but they took too long, at least an hour or more,even if you make an appointment. It was just not worth my time,. I went back to getting all my oil changes at OilStop even if I get coupons from other places. I feel they respect my time and are very efficient with their service

Fast and thorough. Justin and Christian were pleasant and friendly during the quick oil change, checking things like the air in my tires (one was very low), the inside air filter behind my glovebox (didn't even know there was one there), washing the windows, etc. while the oil change was going on. It's nice to sit in my car and get this done in less than 30 minutes too.
