I usually use jiffy lube however there are no jiffy lubes in Santa Rosa. I was traveling for work and decided to stop by as my car's oil change came on. Justin helped me throughout the oil change process. He is super helpful and explains to you everything that is being done to the car. They were also able to do the transmission fluid flush for my car. I use it a lot for work so it was a must. They are not very good. They damaged my RV. And then refused to admit that they did. They have very poor service. I would recommend never using them again.
The quality service i got from the team of Justin, Francisco, and Jose was amazing. Giving quality suggestions without pressuring anything. Justin was a great conversationalist and made me feel comfortable with my choices while being efficient with his work. Visited today on 8/16/23. Took about 30-40 mins total. While everyone was nice, there was a huge miscommunication problem between one of the employees and me due to all of the noise, which resulted in my being charged $217 for oil & coolant when I initially went in for 1 thing--a $85 oil change. The guy spoke low in comparison to the noise so I thought he said that the coolant was $24.99, but turned out to be $124.99. I've had two poor experiences at both Petaluma locations the last two times I've had my oil changed. Previously I've never had any issues with either of them. Today after having my oil changed at the Lakeville location (which I went to because the last poor experience was at the E. Washington location), I ended up with a smoking car on the freeway and then oil leaking from my car at a gas station. Reasonable prices, they offer a beverage while you wait, and free car wash.. and the wait time wasn't bad at all. I most definitely recommend this place!
These guys are the only guys I takey vehicles to. They are helpful quick and conveniently located near me. Oil Stop the only place I trust to take care of my trucks.
