I paid for a coolant flush service that was not done fully through! The store associate noted it would be a full system flush. I checked the fluid instantly after leaving because the service took only 5 minutes which doesn't seem right at all! All the coolant in the reservoir was still old and looked completely untouched. ive driven my car maybe 200 miles thinking maybe ok maybe all the new coolant cycled through and will come back up later on . went to check the coolant and nope! Today was my first time visiting this establishment, I requested a synthetic blend, which is what my vehicle calls for, for some reason, they decided to give me full synthetic without telling me, which was a surprise when I paid, this on top of being asked to purchase extra things every step of the way made my experience unpleasant. I was also offered a free car wash, and at the end when I asked about it was told I would be emailed about it yet Have not received email, so that false advertising is kind of crummy

Do not use this business. They didn't put enough oil in my truck and blew the motor. They are so busy trying to upsell their products. Told us to take to Nissan to have checked. Were told engine had a knock from no oil. Now oil stop says shows on video it was done. Took a perfectly good truck in for service that they messed up and we have to pay Nissan to get truck back. Dealership said they have to repair a car a month that oil stop in rohnert park destroy. Buyer beware. They will not honor their work and deserve a minus ... read more
Saw a sign for $25 off so I figure I go in for an oil change. The service was fast and attentive, but when it was time to pay no paper invoice was given just an email. When I looked at the invoice a mysterious up charge that I have not asked for was on the bill. When asked the service writer(Francisco) what the up charge was for the he told me the good old "it's a computer glitch" story. If you come here make sure to check your invoice.

Had a great experience at Oilstop. Gotten a coupon in the mail and decided to try it out. Love how we get to stay in the car. Even with it pouring rain the service was great. I happened to pull up after one car and did take about an hour I would say to be fully helped, which I did think was a little long compared to other oil drive thru places and would be worried if there were more cars behind us.
