The employees here need more help. I'm not being rude but they told me they gave limited employees and it was gonna take longer than normal. Other than that service was great. I don't like how they said in the paperwork but not to me I need a new Pcv valve. I know it is brand new. It's about a month old. Also they told me my cooling was at a good temperature rating but on the paperwork it said otherwise.

Came here after work one day and they were able to take me in as soon as I pulled up. Felipe and his crew were super attentive, informative, and helpful. They offer you all these different things for your car, but never pressure you into buying them. As someone who doesn't know much about cars, I would hate to feel like i'm being taken advantage of but these guys were great and trustworthy. I was out of there within 30 minutes which is awesome!!

Took my car here for an oil change and they tried to upcharge me more than double. All I got was the oil change. I've taken my car to other oil stop locations in the past and never had any issues. I asked for an explanation why this visit was particularly more expensive and the technician said it was because I drive an SUV, it takes more oil. I used them and petaluma lakeville station, I skipped the funky original Petaluma Washington as I did not get a friendly vibe from the employee as first out of his mouth was 45 minute wait. I choice Rohnert park and lakeville locations which provided outstanding and consistent service, friendly and respectful employees. I used this oil stop location for over a decade and had to stop because they kept breaking things on my Toyota Camry wagon. I went back this year because my mechanic wasn't available for a quick oil change. I received some of the worst service I've ever encountered in the long history of getting oil changes from Chevron oil stop. They kept insisting that I have things done to the manufacturer specifications, but their specifications were not the same as the actual manufacturer for my model and year. I take my Bmw X5 diesel twin turbo here for quick service. Most german service shops make excuses to do basic service so I take my business here. FELIPE is the best and always takes care of me, he knows all the various types of cars that come in. I love cars from all makes but if you can service german cars then it's a big plus in my books. I will continue to bring all my cars no matter what make it is. I've had my Porsche cayenne serviced here also. ALL GOOD.

They messed up my truck and didn't fully secure the underneath. Was dragging around and scraping and missed an appointment so they could fix it. They wouldn't even give me a refund. Will definitely go somewhere else for my oil change from now on

They give bad service and they been rude towards me and I am trying to resolve on why they strip my tire bolts and they said it wasn't their faults
