Saw a sign for $25 off so I figure I go in for an oil change. The service was fast and attentive, but when it was time to pay no paper invoice was given just an email. When I looked at the invoice a mysterious up charge that I have not asked for was on the bill. When asked the service writer(Francisco) what the up charge was for the he told me the good old "it's a computer glitch" story. If you come here make sure to check your invoice.

Had a great experience at Oilstop. Gotten a coupon in the mail and decided to try it out. Love how we get to stay in the car. Even with it pouring rain the service was great. I happened to pull up after one car and did take about an hour I would say to be fully helped, which I did think was a little long compared to other oil drive thru places and would be worried if there were more cars behind us. Kind friendly efficient and Professional plus very Informative. Good service's and their staff seem to work very well together alot of collaboration. Kind people, no pushy hard up sale. Would go back again for sure .
Good customer service, friendly, professional, offers beverages, accepts coupons and gives a coupon for your next vehicle. Explains thoroughly. Fast service. Highly recommended. Also gives coupon for a free car wash.
this place needs a fast lane for people who only want an oil change. It's ridiculous to show up and wait an hour and a half for two cars to get a complete lube service. An oil change takes 15 minutes, and people are showing up having their cars serviced completely rather than just getting an oil change. What is needed is a fast lane for those of us who just wanted an oil change quickly and get back to our day. very simple solution... Fast lane for oil changes only. I bet after the people there will take the fast lane.
The good is they changed my oil fast and efficient! Bad is they tried to reccomend me a bunch of things i didn't want and when i didn't accept them they got a bad attitude. Didn't reset my oil notice or send me my wash coupon. I just wanted an oil change! Still was $100+ for synthetic.
I went to get an oil and transmission fluid change and got the worst service I have ever gotten at this place. I don't know if it was a new guys or not. He was just going through the verbal motion of service. First, he asked about tire pressure and he set it but didn't connect it to tire. I don't ask for much, and my bar for service at an oil change place is not that high but this guy sucked. He didn't even verify to me that the transmission fluid was changed. Its been more than a year being using this location I went to oilstop for oil change and for platinum car wash before the car wash I told the guy you guys not doing good job and keep left some stuff to clean even after told him still same thing I'm done with them should avoid that place now
