Got in and out pretty quickly, staff was very nice. I like how since they're working on your car with you in it they'll show you parts of your car that need replacing so you can see what should be done. They'll show you what a clean air filter looks like compared to yours, for instance. That being said they do upsell quite a bit. My $60ish oil change turned into $300 with all the extras. I needed lots of it but still.
I was happy they were fast and knowledgeable and friendly very surprised and satisfied with my oil change and 3 filters changed
Always great customer service! They're kind, always offer a beverage, not pushy on selling product and always handle my car with care. They put towels down so no oil/spills touch the vehicle. I'll continue to come here!
I've always been provided professional, courteous and knowledgeable service from this Oil Stop and because of that I've been bringing my cars here since it opened. Today was by far THE best service I'd ever received in that one of the Service Technician's (Jocelyn) caught a potentially major mistake that was totally my fault as I had changed vanity plates on my two vehicles so the types of oil were very different. They were pretty quick and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. Like usual they do offer you a bunch of upsells and i found a couple of them useful. Overall very professional and efficient
I have been a long time loyal customer in santa rosa. But deeply dissapointed in Rohnert Park. I don't get down there much, but that is the only place here with a car wash, so I made special effort to get there. I was informed there would be a 1 hour wait. (only 5 technitians avaiable, and 4 cars in front of me.) I asked if I could get my car wash first. I was told I would not be able to get my free car wash before the oil change, only after. I decided to try this business again, not for an oil change that ship sailed. But for a full service (over $35) car wash. I had stuff in the back seat so I'm okay with them not moving that to vacuum but the glass has what ever they use to treat the plastics on it, my floor mats where just wiped with a wet rag, and the center console was still dirty.
