Worst oil change and car wash!!!!!! An extra charge for an oil filter? The filter cost the same as any other regular one at any auto parts store. Was told battery terminals were clean & was maintenance free. My battery is in the trunk and it was never opened. The car wash that came free was a run through the wash no drying , no wheel cleaning, or vacuuming. When I ask I was told you have to pay it. A $45.00 oil change could reach $100.00 easy. Never again will I go to any Oil Stop!!EVER !!!!!!!!!!!

Not even worthy of one star... I usually change my oil myself, and this place is making me want to continue to do it myself. I parked behind the shop and walked in. Waited for almost 10 minutes just for the older gentleman to finally come in. He told me to pull my car up and wait in it, didn't give me any paperwork when I asked for it. The cost was a bit pricey. Over 50 bucks for the service. I could have opted to go next door for their $19.99 special. But I thought I'd give this place a try. I had a coupon for $5.00 off however it had expired. I got the usual up sell pitch. They said I needed some overdue maintenance, but I told them my car had just been through a complete tune up a couple months prior. They are such nice guys very helpful and fast.we didnt have to get out of our truck they offered us drinks (coffee water soda ) and welcomed us with a smile very inviting. They let me know and showed me things I needed done and got in there and did such a great job.I got an oil change and transmission flush done Alfredo and fernando and steve did our work and I couldnt be happier. they even gave me a coupon for a free car wash. Great friendly service, a young man immediately asked if I needed anything and genuinely smiled the whole time. They made sure i knew exactly what was being done and they would show me the new filter before putting it in. They also offered me additional service but did not press the matter when I declined. I will definitely return here.
Did the job nicely. Did try upswell you quite a bit. But what do you expect? They did a great job and lubricated my Squeeky doors even free of charge. Broom broom!
The service here is outstanding. EVERY person on staff was prompt, informative, professional, and kind. I felt that my business was very appreciated. I didn't feel any pressure to purchase additional services...although many were recommended to me. It's really REALLY nice that they would let me know about maintenance my car needs as opposed to just changing the oil. Excellent service. Surprising never had to leave my car gave me a cuppa coffee. Walked me through every step as they were working with my car, my baby. I would write highly recommend this place.
This place is great! Quick, friendly and com isn't- everything you want when you have to get your oil changed. They offered my dog a great because he barking at all the action which completely did the trick and hot cider while you wait which was perfect for the fall day.
