We drove up and we're greeted by Damon very friendly and kind and nice they always offer a beverage! And Caiden assisted us he was so nice and cool very easy to talk to. I love that this place shows you everything about your car instead of a dealership that takes your car and then wants you to upgrade all these things. They showed me on the spot my filter and my pressure cap and everything and gave me the option and prices to fix things/replace things. I will definitely be coming back and prices are pretty fair!
I've been taking my vehicles to this location for at least 15 years. I've had six Toyotas, to include my latest, my 4Runner, my pride and joy. Kenroy and Kat are amazing! There are closer, and cheaper places, but nowhere in Tucson matches the professionalism and efficiency of this Chevron Oilstop. Kudos to the entire team. I just want to say that reading the reviews helped me decide to go for a quick oil change. There were a lot of negative ones, but reading them only confirmed they aren't car people and don't know too much about cars in general. Please note that this is a place for quick and easy oil change. If you want more than that expect to pay for it. They will go through their schmeal because as a corporate company they have to. No idea whether or not they do good work because when I called about a synthetic oil change, they quoted me $120.....WTF???? And they'll try to say that the cost "for the area" is reasonable. Whatever. You can get the same thing for less than half that elsewhere. Might do good work, but it'll never be for me, not when they're gouging people during one of the toughest recessions in recent history. I would STRONGLY recommend finding somewhere else... unless you just love wasting money. They should be ashamed.

Came in at 4:20, out by 6, awesome service, were honest with me and answered all my questions, very appreciative of all who helped me including Kat and Carl! Highly recommended
This place is either extremely short staffed or is doing something other oil change places are not. I showed up at 8 am - right when they opened with two cars already there ahead of me. No big deal, I was ok waiting. I sat there for over 30 minutes and I didn't hear anything going on with the two other cars there and didn't see any staff other than the woman that initially greeted me then disappeared. Teen girl went to Oil Stop for an oil change, and they scammed her. I've never heard of a $100 oil change! Be aware.
