Just once we'd like to find a business that fulfills its promises. This one did not. We took our truck in to have the front end greased. Told them there were 9 places to grease. When we got home we checked the 9 places and found they had only greased 2. Only the upper ball joints. All the other places were dry of grease. If the employees don't know their job then get rid of them or expect more reviews like this one.
Our son came home to visit, and have his 2008 car smogged. It failed, and needed the Oxygen Sensor replaced. We ended up at Oil Stop on Santa Rosa Avenue where the work could be completedin an hour or so. A $35-$55 sensor cost $350 there! In our absence the "mechanic" replaced the Fresh Air Intake Hose/Tube; without authorization. As a "...favor..." he installed a replacement at his cost... $110. That hose can be purchased for $25-$50 just down the street, and almost anyone can install it in 5 minutes. A job that should have... read more
I have been coming here on Saturdays since I bought my new car in 2017. The customer service is outstanding and my car always looks amazing!
Absolutely top notch. Timely, friendly, thorough, clean. wi-if, drinks, window cleaning, greased my locks, filled my tires. All of which was complimentary. They do also try to sale a few upgrades, but not high pressure. This place is all about the customer. Will recommend and return for suure!
To Gary's response: 1. No where is it on my seats. It's on surfaces that are very easy for even an entry-level washer to take care of with a little "actual wiping." 2. Nicole, We're very sorry your recent car wash was not to your satisfaction. This said; cleaning vomit on seats is a condition that requires special attention, protective gear and professional chemicals, all of which is available through our Car Wash's Detail Department. A regular car wash will not get this job done. If the other car wash you mention will clean the vomit as a normal aspect of their regular car wash service, then it is a good idea to go there.

Super lame. Was offered a drink...they forgot. They told me it was first come first serve. After waiting 45 minutes they took a dude that arrived 10 minutes after me and then told me it would be another 45 minutes. The dude that arrived 10 minutes after me was just about done when they told me I had to wait at least another 45 minutes. Very unprofessional, complete chaos. When you pulled in, it was a very busy time, and we had to move a few cars around to try and make certain everyone was serviced in the best order possible. I was told by our staff that they made a mistake pulling someone in, who had arrived after you, and for this, we are very sorry. This Oilstop location has several new staff members, and the more experience they gain, the better the decision-making will be when it comes to which car to move and when.
I love having the option of just rolling in for an oil change with no appointment needed. The free beverage service is a plus, and they also have free WiFi I learned this last trip! While I can appreciate that the employees are salesmen, the only reason I don't consider this a 5 Star business is that it's a bit of a put-off that you have to politely decline 6-8 different extras that are offered to you throughout the ordeal.
