This place wasn't half bad. The service was nice, sitting in my car and watching them change my oil was kind of cool :D but they kept trying to sell me stuff I didn't need. I just wanted my oil changed, but they "highly recommended" getting my transmission drained (for $70), servicing my cooling system ($80), and changing a few other parts that were fine (would've been around another $60-$70). This is my usual oil spot and I can get in and out pretty quick. Last time there was about a ten minute wait but the staff was still incredibly friendly and I got my cold beverage. If you have about 30 minutes to sip a soda in your car then this is the right place. If you have company or a book is nice but super friendly people!

I have loved this concept from the first time I tried it. I don't have to schedule an appointment or try to keep myself politely entertained in a sparse lobby, I get to stay in my car and watch and hear the work that is being done to my car. For those of you new to the concept of OilStop you drive up to the garage bay as you would at a typical oil change garage and are greeted with an offer of a cool drink. These guys are superb. Yes they do offer extras to add on throughout the service, but they say upfront they don't work on commission, so they won't pressure you. After a simple "no thank you," they politely move on. I'll never go anywhere else for an oil change. They are extremely polite and thorough!

Went back despite my original review. If you just stay persistent with them that you don't want all the extra crap they get the message.

I have gone for years and they have been getting worse and worse and everytime we go the prices get higher and higher. Today I just asked for an outside wash and the inside cleaned and vacuumed. They ended up putting an amourall type product all over my seats so you couldn't sit on them and the dash, wheel and consule were sticky and tacky. They never vacuumed under the seats like I specifically asked for and when they cleaned the mats, it doesn't look any better then when I started. Upon arriving at the station I was directed by a man to pull into the garage. I was looking to just drop off the vehicle and go shopping but was surprised to hear that they state I must remain in the vehicle during the approx 15 min service (well at least it's going to be quick). Then my face quickly dropped when he said its be 47.99 for an oil change and that because my car runs on synthetic oil, he'd charge me an extra $1.00 for some fee, and then $9.99 for every quart (4 1/2 qts). PRO: Great service! Everyone was very nice and made sure I knew exactly what they were doing. CON: Rather pricey. For synthetic oil in my '04 Jetta it was $88. I could have gone to the dealer for less.
