I have two companies with many vehicles and Oil Stop are our guys for service. We have always been very happy with Ben and his staff. They do ask about other items on the vehicles because that is what they should do! If they did not ask and later something went wrong and they did not point it out to you than what? I would tell anyone who needs service to use these guys. They are hands down the best in Santa Fe.

On my visit today Robert, who offered good customer service, told me they don't make commission. When they showed me the stuff in my car, they didn't recommend I replace everything, so I felt like they were only giving me what was necessary. In the past other staff recommended I replace just about everything. Something has changed for the better at this Oilstop.

Went to oil stop today. Robert greeted us with complementary drinks and explained that there was no pressure to buy any product. Moises took over and did an excellent job. He topped off all my fluids. Excellent customer service. Will definitely be back.

Have gone here for years. On the rare occasion I find a little miss on the job, they fix i immediatley with a smile. Oil guys are top notch and fun once you make it known you want th professional stiffness relaxed a bit-they are well trained! Biggest compliment is twice I have had cash found in the car handed to me-once $5 and once $50! Inside counter service is always prompt and friendly. They will continue to take care of all my BMWs

They do try to upsale ALOT, but they are not pushy at all. SUPER friendly, speedy service, and they also throw in a free car wash. :) I think that their prices are comparable to most others, and they mail $5 off coupons in the mail. I will continue to use their services because I appreciate friendly employees.

The salesman really had not a clue what he was doing. It appeared he had had a late night drinking and didn't care much to be there. Another customer had their car on the lift and needed a part. The salesman basically said he looked everywhere but the supply closet that contained the parts was such a mess he couldn't find anything. This whole crew of people seem like very slick salesmen, perpetually telling you need everything from a new air filter to rear differential fluid, whether you need them or not. I feel like a sucker for letting them replace my drain plug - I bet it was fine. Also the air filter - I couldn't remember when I last had it done so let them change it, but of course it's going to look dirty even after a few thousand miles, when it can last a lot longer. BEST CAR WASH in town! Amazing customer service. I own a Mercedes Benz and will not take it anywhere else in town. They keep it looking like new! I made the mistake of taking it somewhere else once and will never again. I came back to them and showed them my frustration with the other car wash and they took care of me for free! They're the best in town for a reason. I would highly recommend them!

Friendly service, but over priced. You do get $10 off a car wash, yay, but unfortunately you can get the same service at other places for slightly cheaper.
