Oilstop Drive Thru Oil Change

A month ago, my transfer case went out in my vehicle. The dealer tells me that the plug was not tight and that fluid was leaking from it. Oilstop is the only place to have ever loosened the plug. I have not had the oil "professionally" changed since I came here almost 2 years ago. BOTTOM LINE: I would not go here

This place is great. They're quick and nice and don't make you feel like if you don't get something (like the special engine cleaning fluid) you'll die. I love not having to get out of my car and having free soda/water/coffee and wifi. They keep track of your information if you're a repeat customer, which is great if you have no idea when anything was taken care of last. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

What can I say? I am astounded, literally stunned by the quality of service that I received here. I have worked in the Automotive industry for over 6 years, and haven't ever really needed to use one of these places on account of either working at a dealership or having all the necessary tools at home. Now that I'm in a different industry, both time and lack of tools prevent me from doing even simple things like an oil change (no jack). This address is actually for the Chevron GAS STATION that is kitty-corner to the Chevron OilStop... But I want to warn those reading to watch out for hidden prices at the OilStop! I went in for a synthetic oil change, the sign says $70, but I was charged $20 extra cause my car takes Mobil One and the $70 price is for Chevron brand oil only... of course the sign doesn't say that, not even in fine print, and while they were doing the work no one mentioned it would be extra for Mobile One oil.

Wow, these guys are AMAZING. While heading down to Marin County, our thermostat light came on and the van (a 1997 Chrysler Town & Country with over 230,000 miles) was clearly overheating. We took the next exit, RP Expressway, and pulled into the Chevron gas station, thinking we'd cool down for a few and top off the fluid, and pray. Took my truck here back in April and they said my truck seeping oil so they put some stuff in to help 6 months later I took it back for another oil change and they said it was still seeping oil. Cant fully trust or recommend them cause of what they did.

Immediately after receiving an oil change at Oilstop, my car overheated and a tow was needed. I called a tow company to come pick up my vehicle. Upon inspection, the garage where my car was towed asked if I had recently had my car serviced. I told that them I had an oil change at Oilstop. The garage explained to me that someone had physically moved a clamp which allowed all of my coolant to drain. I have taken both of cars here and it is fantastic! Professional and friendly. Very knowledgeable. I'll be a customer for life!
