I've been coming here for oil changes for many years. They are all excellent. Pedro is the BEST! They do a great job and always treat you right!
Pretty nice job... I have a black SUV and that can make it difficult to look nice. The interior of my car wasnt very dirty to begin with so it was easy to leave it better. My wash package included an interior dressing and nothing in the rear of my car was dressed, oh well. I came back a week later to take advantage of the "rain-check". The final attendant didn't complete the exterior dressing (I think he may have been newer, so no big deal.), he checked with his boss to make sure the package included it and he rushed around ... read more
Great drive through oil stop. Its very apparent that they are extremely customer service oriented. They are all very kind and do exactly their job. People complaining about how long it takes needs to chill out and not always expect a "fast food" experience. Your getting work done on your car, relax. I highly recommend going to this oil stop for your cars needs.
If you tell them up front that you just want the oil/filter change and that you don't want all the additive stuff they generally don't push the stuff too hard. They are efficient at getting you in and out, but some of the younger guys can be a little insistant on the extra stuff. I did tow cars yesterday and my main complaint is that they gave me so many diet cokes I almost didn't make it home to pee. When a quart of oil is $3-5 it almost doesn't pay to change your own anymore.
Wow, this place is excellent! I hate dealing with car issues but they make it absolutely painless. Customer service here is amazing, the guys are very professional, helpful, they explain everything they do along the way, completely non-intimidating, and honest. I was offered a beverage as soon as I drove in and it was so nice being able to sit in my car while they changed the oil. I have been going there since the early 90s. Not once have they left filters or plugs loose. Its definitely worth the money. The gas is more expensive because its better for your vehicle. I've tried the rest, now I go to the best! If you're thinking that all drive through oil change places are equal, prove yourself wrong and go to Oilstop. My truck has 200k miles now and they have been changing the oil since it had 80k. Do your car a favor and try it!
This place is great. The men working are always friendly and nice and I never feel pressured to buy any extra service that they offer. I love that you can sit in your car and have a free beverage while you wait. It's pretty quick too. I love the free car wash you get as well. Although it is more expensive than I used to pay to have my oil changed, I think it's worth the extra money because they check so many things for your car and offer many other sevices. This is definitely the place I am always going to change my oil at.
These guys seem to work hard and keep a good honest maintenance record for your car. They aren't gonna change out your transmission, if you need major tune ups, go to a mechanic.
OK I usually like to rate restaurants but I thought I would give a shout out to the Oil Stop people. They don't get praised much (see some of the negative Yelps) so giving a 5 star rating is not out of the question for a job well done.
