I do not like their sales technique, after going to the same guy forever who never tries to sell me anything more then an air filter once in a great while, it was very noticable they want to sell you the store.I was told I needed an air filter and my husband had just put one in 2 weeks prior. Yeah sure you get a free drink, but you pay $12.00 more then most place and it takes longer because they need to tell you your car needs everything changed. I will not be going there again.

Every time I have gone to get my oil changed at this particular oil stop I have received great care. This latest time I went in anticipating them trying to sell me on everything, but amazingly enough they only popped up to my window a handful of times to ask if I wanted certain fluids replaced, which I declined, and they never made me feel pressured that I needed to do so. Horrible Customer Service! When I pulled into the lane, I specifically asked how long it would take. The attendant responded 15-30 mins. So, here I was patiently waiting.... So after 40 mins, the attendant started checking my fluid levels. At the 50 mins level, one of the attendants demanded I back out my car from the lane which of course does not make sense at all. i took my ford to get a oil change. i drove in their shop with my car perfectly fine, besides needing an oil change. once they popped the hood and asked my to turn on so they can check the transmit ion level the car would start. we got it started didn't think any thing of it. til after everything was done. they need to give my truck a jump so it would turn on, when it did turn on i heard a pop, then white smoke came out of the exhaust. then they went on saying my head gasket was cracked. i drove in with my car working now I'... read more

Their staff at the car wash did a terrible job on my vehicle. Then when I spoke to management about it she made excuses. I had to begin video recording our conversation to get the problems fixed and even had to go to the extent of showing the staff that the residual soap--that they claimed didn't come from their car wash--was easily removed with water and a rag. After ten minutes of begging for decent service the manager had me pull into the parking lot, sent over an attendant who begrudgingly finished the job while cussing ... read more

I never thought I'd write a review for an oil change place. That alone should tell you something. Whoever came up with this business plan knew what he or she was doing. Amazing, professional, friendly service. Free soda, water, or coffee if you want it (offered several times -- seriously, my husband and I could have made out with half a dozen Diet Cokes between the two of us, if we'd wanted to). I was ripped off by Jiffy Lube so badly that I swore I'd abandon my oil-devoid car at the side of the road before I'd go back to any Jiffy Lube, anywhere. My bad experience there made me wary of any drive-in quickie oil-change place. Ideally, I'd take my car into my usual mechanic, but for something as minor as an oil change, it's not feasible to leave my car there for the whole day. As everyone mentioned, very friendly...drinks offered, etc. The part that I didn't like was every few minutes someone would stop by and "recommend" they add something to my car (air filter, fluids at an extra cost, this & that). After a while, it was really annoying. I thought I was going in for a quick oil change. Not so quick (even though I was the only vehicle there) and not so cheap either (as others have commented). Will go back to my usual oil change shop next time.
