I DO MOT RECOMMEND THIS CAR WASH AS the brushes don't really clean your car and leaves SCRATCHES and DEBRIS. My car never comes out clean and full of water spots on entire car.

I've been coming here for years, but today I brought in a car with barely 5,000 miles on it and they tried to upsell me an additive claiming that my oil seals were leaking. Like hell it is. I checked the day before.
They installed the wrong oil filter in my car. I had to take my car into another place due to the oil leak and pay hundreds for a diagnostic to find that Oil Stop had installed the incorrect filter. I tried emailing and calling Oilstop but never got any response.
Tire leaking with a screw in the sidewalk was missed during their service. Emails asking why not answered. Never again.
idk why I tried going to this place again. first they broke the hood latch. Then they went against me saying not to inflate my tires and ended up deflating them. Then they forced me to pay with card since they didn't have cash back. This place sucks.
They upsell everything. And over charge. First and last time here since the new ownership. Go somewhere else
What happened to you guys??? I've been coming here for DECADES - yes, since 2005 when I first moved to the area. Loved the honesty, thoroughness of service and the no-pressure attitude. The higher prices were worth it because they had built trust over a long period of time. Over the last few years, it's all gone downhill. I had a coupon which was $41. I went to get my oil changed, as soon as I told him I had a Groupon, it seemed to be the prices weren't going to go up. I needed an upgrade in oil and three extra quarts, which was $33. That's not bad. Then they added more fees for just the oil change part of it, which it was another $40, then they tell me the recycle fee and surcharge, would be about $90. Just an update oil stop cracked my transmission at the fill hole by tightening it way to much , I don't recommend this place unless you want the company to pay for a replacement transmission, that's one good thing about oil stop if they break it, their insurance covers the repair/replacement
