Taste drive-tru car wash was simply horrible. None of the droplets from trees/ bird stains were removed by machines! I even asked the tech who sprays down the car first could he please try and spray the spots and he simply could care less. I will never use this facility again EVER!!!

I really wanted to like this place. I came here on my hour long lunch break because I read that they are fast. I am now going on an hour and a half sitting here. They do a good job but do not think this place is fast. You will need two hours out of your day.

Don't get your oil changed here! Yes, they will perform a Synthetic 33-point(?) Inspection for $103.99. That price is up front. What isn't up front is: $4.50 Waste Disposal Fee, $18.99 for a Synthetic Oil Filter, $9.79 for an additional 0.7 quarts of Synthetic Oil that appears to be in addition to the 5.0 quarts that they, theoretically, put in! Updated!! We arrived at 5:58 PM and didn't realize the shop closed at 6. After going through the wash, our car was still very dirty, so we tried to go back through and spoke with an employee named Nicholas. Unfortunately, the customer service was extremely poor. Nicholas was rude and dismissive, and he told us the vacuums were already turned off and that he had no control over them. He also didn't mention that they were about to close when we first arrived. Customer service sucks. Besides the fact that they have no one in near site for needing anything they shut off vaccine automatically but don't tell you in advance so you prepare. Come back tomorrow as if life is just that easy. Try talking to them wouldn't be upset except I paid the high price didn't get cleaned information on closing time. No value for customer service. Will also be canceling our membership for the other car we have.

Why does this place have good reviews when all they do is try to upsell items and services. I came to get a synthetic oil change but the guy kept telling me I need this and I need that. Ended up paying $135 even with a coupon. Never ever going here again and 100% do not recommend.

Had my oil changed todayby someone else because The first and last time I used this business (Sept '25) NO oil change should run over $100. Especially when they deflated your tires. Strip the plug and lost the plug gasket. This was pure incompetence.

My wife just called me frustrated because I said she could go in and just say "NO" to all the hard sales pushed on her.... All the sudden the $59.99 went to $103 because they insisted on a $19.99 stop leak and $9.99 for an extra quart on a Ford Fusion??? WHF??? WHY DO YOU GUYS DO THIS TO LADIES??????? Lame. Not going back because it suks rei have to take my woofs car in because these clowns cant take NO for an answer. Almost all my reviews on yelp are positive.. I used to like this place but at my most recent visit they assigned to me a complete rookie who would have been perfectly happy putting in the wrong oil if I hadn't caught him. Plus the same rookie used the wrong air pressure for the tires
