Service was prompt and of high quality. the problem was found and diagnosed quickly and a simple solution was provided. Service man explained the problem, showed what he was doing to fix it and was friendly. I was very pleased with the service.

Old Republic are the best. We've had a few things got wrong with our water heater, oven and air conditioner. Every time that we called Old Republic they had someone here within a day and once the same day and replaced our Water heater.

Service technician was very friendly and professional. He was very honest in giving me a thorough explanation of the problems. I had a water leak at a connection on the output side of a water heater. The technician showed me that the heater was plugged with rust and sediment. The connecting pipes were corroded and almost totally plugged. He replaced short sections included the bad connection. Placed the service order online. Repair service company called the next morning and came within 30 minutes of the call. Fixed the problem in a timely manner. Cost for the service was reasonable. Cost for the warranty agreement was nearly double from year to year.
