We inherited our Old Republic home warranty when we bought a ** townhouse from our daughter about six years ago. They helped us with a hot water tank replacement, a dishwasher repair, a broken exhaust fan in the bathroom, an HVAC unit repair, an electrical malfunction, and a plumbing problem. Everything was covered except the plumbing problem. All of their local representatives were respectful and well qualified.
