Definitely enjoy the ease of placing a service call when necessary. Whether the service call is online or over the phone, I have not had any issues in receiving services. My understanding is that service calls for similar issues like AC/Heating services are randomly selected via the company's list of authorized, contracted service providers. Prices have skyrocketed just like anything else but I think its a little too much, however Old Republic did as they promised. Very caring and helpful

Was happy with repair of pipe, not happy about not being able to use the ** tune up service first week in **** was not notified and didnt know you can only use in March and ***** would be nice if you could send out reminder!??
