Old Republic Home Protection warranty was straightforward and easy. My HVAC system went bad. I filed a claim online, paid the 100bucks to cover the deductible, and a local HVAC tech came out in two weeks and replaced the fan motor and capacitor and AC was good as new. Will not be bashful to use the home warranty... They were efficient and kept me in the constant communication with the warranty coverage and contractors. Thank you Old Republic Home Protection.

Have had ORHP for several years. Overall very good experiences. Would recommend. Our water heater went out and less than 24 hours later we had a new one. Only frustration is the steady rise in service call fees over the last couple years.

The best thing I have done is invest in Old Republic Home Protection. I have a two unit home, I live in one unit and rent out the other unit. Old Republic has come to my aid when things go wrong. The service providers have be knowledgeable and efficient. Appliance are fixed and running in no time. I have peace of mind having the protection.

We have used Old Republic 2 times now and both times everything was easy and went very well. The plumbing company they sent out, ******* Plumbing did a very nice job and made replacements the same day. We are very happy with our extended home warantee service plan

Since moving into our new home we have utilized the home warranty twice. Calling in a repair request has been easy. The contractors have done a good job, overall. The washing machine took several weeks to fix. Parts had to be ordered and that may have contributed to the delay. But when we ran into an issue with our A/C in August, someone was there within 1-1/2 hours and resolved the issue quickly.
