What a terrible company and terrible customer service. I bought my house in Feb 2022. I bought the home warranty service. A lot has happened. We bought our house Feb 18 they never received my check until March. So I called and wanted to start service was told havent got payment so couldnt start a claim. Well now here where comes the confusion. Horrible, everything i called about was denied saying installed incorrectly or appliances outside major structures. They are useless. Do they think I built the home ??? Just another senior citizen screwed out of everything I owned.

The issue has been going on for 3 weeks now and still have no resolution. every time you call them, its stating the same story over and over again with no response, no answer, and new excuses to not pay for repairs that they are not able to provide in a timely manner

They are crooks. They are paid by the seller and merely act as the middle man to connect you with services you can find on ******* Or better yet, word of mouth. There is limited oversight on contractors and the company does not provide any help between the homeowner and their trusted contractors.. ***** pay for the contractors first visit, but it doesnt guarantee that they will return to actually fix your problem. ********* broke doors in our home, couldn't match up deadbolts, made re-keyed locks harder to use, and lied about locks being so old that he'd need to install expensive new ones that aren't covered by home warranty. Couldn't provide a receipt w/ (likely illegal subcontracting) the business's name on it.Took this all to ORHP who promised to and never got back to me.When I followed up with them they told me I'm SOL.

You DO NOT need to buy a home warranty from OLD REPUBLIC HOME PROTECTION because they're not going to cover your damages anyways. All around rude.... we did our final walk through and the air was fine that morning. After closing. We came back home and the air was good and home was comfortable. The temp picked up and later that day we notice it was getting warmer and figured it may needed freon or something. My husband called this company and they said they wouldn't cover it on closing day.
