My daughter sent me omaha steaks package and the steaks were top sirloin, She thought all your steaks were filets. The top sirloin were the worst ever. They were tough and grizzly. Just opened the last one and has big chunks of fat. Told my daughter do not order from them again. Can do better at grocery store Pauline Diller

If a customer’s family has more than 2 people, do not order their family meals. I ordered the chicken fettuccine meal & it would not serve more than 1 person. I also ordered the Shepard’s pie & it only served 2 people. The other “Family” meals I ordered are only large enough for 2 people. Very disappointing & expensive for what you get. Otherwise I am satisfied with the other food items I have ordered.

Been a customer for sometime. Carefully kept checking deals and found one for $139. Order came today. Opened the chicken, not chicken breasts, only chicken we order. Then I get to the filet mignons the box says beef tenderloins? I called and was told it’s the same thing and the USDA makes Omaha Steaks label this way? We have been customers for quite while now and haver been disappointed. Anyone complaining about the steaks being tough and hard to cut and chew obviously do not know how to prepare good cuts of beef and cook them properly.

Your meats are excellent and enjoyed every bit of it. But I paid $99 in December and now it's a $160. That's quite a jump. I can afford a $160. It sure isn't a sale price at a $160 VS 99. Too bad

Got as a gift. 4 steaks, 4 pork chops, and scalloped potatoes. The steaks were tough and the pork chops were as tough as shoe leather and tasteless. I would not recommend this product.

Received ribeye steaks as gift. Not edible. Chew and spit. They boast grass fed. Well, their grass fed is like chewing on tar paper. This company should be out of business, period!

I ordered two of the special advertised steak packages as Christmas presents for my son and daughter and their families. They are very disappointed with the steaks noting that the steaks are tough, hard to cut and hard to chew. Also the bacon didn’t cook well and was tasteless. Do you provide a remedy for this. I had to pay more than was advertised and also more money to have them delivered closer to Christmas. Purchased three classic collection boxes. Item missing. Two request to get missing bacon wrapped filet mignon. Finally arrived five days later with melted dry ice and soggy box with bloody steaks
