Pros and cons! I worked for Orkin for 11 years. Orkin itself as a pest control company is an excellent pest company. They will get rid of your pest problems! With that being said their integrity level for work personal is very low. I hurt my back 2xs on the job at Orkin, as I was working my 17hr days. The 3rd time I hurt it I was in the way out the door to go to work. I slipped and hurt it again in the same place I previously hurt it. Only this time my injury was severe! extremely disappointed...the service person was lovely...the company policy...not so. I was charged $325 for a half hour visit, and the setting of 3 wood traps. I will never use them again. and I called to cancel 2 days ago and no one posted the cancellation. then I called today - the second time - and no one answered or called back when I left a message. so, Orkin, no no no

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I just bought my first home and really needed someone to not only check over my entire home, but spray, trap, Caulk, and plug up any places where mice and bugs could get it. The women in the initial call said they can send someone to do that, plus do a wood density test and a moisture test. All these services cost me 392$. ONE man named Jason showed up to my house on August 19th. I was under the impression he was going to do all the things previously listed, and he did NOT. He barley sprayed the ho... read more

I had contracted with this service for three years until I cancelled recently. In a routine check of charges on the credit card I used to pay for bimonthly pest control service, I noticed a charge that was $25. more than I had agreed to pay. When I called them to ask the reason, they explained that their prices increase in April each year. I told them that I had neither been informed of an increase nor had I authorized it.
