Used car buying done right! The salesman Wes was great! He helped us in so many ways. He was the only salesperson to come out in a torrential rain storm to help us. We ended up having to come back the next day and he was very patient with us and help us get a great price for the 2010 Chevrolet Malibu. He even took me and my daughter home in St. Cloud because after the car was cleaned and gassed up an indicator light came so it had to be fixed. AMAZING! My experience at David Maus truly exceptional. Great place! I'm using this dealer already two years. Every time I come, I have great experience! This place is very friendly and is one of the best in customer service. Great service experience I brought my moms 2012 Jetta in for service. I was greeted by a very nice young man when I arrived. After going over what was going to be done to the car they shuttled me to the mall. About an hour or so later they called to tell me the car was ready. The shuttle came back to the mall to get me. I got my keys and when I got to the car I noticed it was vacuumed and wash. What a nice surprise. Everyone I came into contact with was very friendly.
Very pleased with the service I received I took my 2003 Jetta to the dealer to get my check engine light diagnose and repair, they were very professional explaing what was going on with my car. They actually gave me an estimate on all the other things that my vehicle needed non related with the issue I had with the CEL. Love the fact that they took the time and inspected my vehicle at no charge to me to ensure that my vehicle was running as good as possible.
Great Service! We received excellent service. Wesley was very patient as he answered all our questions. Each employee we met was friendly and ready to assist us in our search for a new car.
Thank you for excellent servie experience I can't imagine purchasing another Volkswagen because of all the senors and switches that has malfunctioned on my Beetle, but one bright spot in my Volkswagen owning experience has been the excellent service I received at David Maus service center. After dealing with Napleton VW in Sanford and Volkswagen direct customer care it was refreshing to see not everyone involved with VW is awful.
