Highly disappointed. Second suv from this dealership but this time around there was nothing detailed on the suv. There was sticky gunk in both front seat tracks, stains on the seats, stains on the headliner, sticky food stuck to seat belt, dirty floors, stuff stuck to the carpet, dirty cabin air filter. Looked and smelt like it hadn't been changed in over a year, the rear ac vent is missing the center control piece. Never showed me car fax, they email it to me a week after purchase!
Had to pay $520 for them to replace a battery labor was $180. Maybe they need smarter people to replace the battery in less time.

Service was bad was not told about certain things that were done. The service rep said he had no knowledge of any work that was done.
My car was dropped off at VW North by Drivers Mart. Not only did it take almost 2 weeks to get my car worked on, but they also didn't even fix the problem.

We programed a module that they installed for them, but that is the only thing we did to this vehicle. 5th time VW owner- (2) Golf R's 2013, 2016- 2013 Jetta GLI 30th Anniversary, 2018 Tiguan SEL, 2021 ID4. Disappointed, rear tires with 500 Treadwear prematurely wearing, will not complete 3/36 lease without replacing. Recommend another shop or local mechanic who can help you. Visit them multiple times before getting to the root problem. Had to use another advisor from the one I was first appointed. He ignored my feedback and concerns. I ultimately had to pay for additional services that stemmed from the root problem. Terrible experience!!

This dealership should send their service department manager back to training. He was rude, condescending and has zero empathy skills. I spent $700+ for my 41K service, which no one advised me I was coming in for that service. I thought I was coming in for an oil change, only to arrive to learn I needed this service with a 3 hour wait (not expected) and the service fee was a shock.
