They tried to charge me $1800 for a car that should have still been under warranty for a check engine light. The light was for a known issue with this model and should have been covered even though they said the warranty ended the month before. The other charges they tried to get me with were for replacing cabin air filters, engine air filters and wiper blades that has been replaced the month before at a Valvoline Oil Change shop. Total rip off and on the end I still had to pay them $220 just to get my car back with nothing ... read more

Vehicle is still under full original factory warranty, but yet they wanted to charge us for a diagnostic fee, per each item we were requesting to be addressed. Most interestingly, they recommended we take it to another VW dealership in the area, to address issues we had concerns about. At this other dealership, they addressed all our concerns/issues, and all was covered under warranty at no charge to us

Service was fine however they didn't find any problems in my car. AC vents have been smelling like mold and when I start the engine, the car shakes for a bit. Car is still shaking but the smell is gone for now.

Second time in a row, Incomplete fluids and this time we had issues with our engine cover not put back. Have to drive a long way back to get it again.

The whole experience was terrible. The guys were rude and acting as if I don't know nothing about the vehicle I bought. They were acting as if being a female we know nothing about cars. From the first time I told both of the guys I encountered that I rotated my tires they did not believe me and was adamant about the wear and tear on the front tires is an indicator that they were not rotated even after I showed them proof. Spent 4 hours for an oil change. I had to pay tolls and travel an hour each way to come to this location. Such a waste of a day. So in all I wasted 6 hours!!
