I noticed that the technician failed to rotate tires as requested on the vehicle. When service advisor checked why, he realized the tech had left the premises to take a lunch break. Therefore, I had to wait another 30 minutes in addition to the 2.5 hours I had already waited for another technician to complete the tire rotate. This leaves me doubting the standard of care that the tech exercised on the transmission fluid flush and refill and the oil change that were supposedly completed on the vehicle.

One of the worst experiences Ive ever had at a dealership. Dont go here. Waited 9 hours after I was told it would be done in 4. Brought my car in to get my radio fixed and cigarette lighters because they werent charging anything, they ran a diagnostic, said they found the problem, fixed something, got two miles down the road and it was still not working. I had two problems that I ask to have fixed during my last service, a leaky sunroof and my Adaptive Cruise Control light was on. I made two trips to the dealer so far and nothing has been fixed. Both issues should be covered under warranty but I can't even get the service department to return my call at this point.

The dealership can use a facelift. Probably the worst waiting room from all of the car dealerships I've visited in the past. Standard dealership prices. Service agents are good.

Purchased the car about a week after noted service. First time I turned on the headlights: neither Low Beam worked, and one License Plate Light is flickering. The car only gives these light warnings on the dash after lights are turned on, no memory of bad lighting is shown after new ignition. They refused to revolve the issue, claiming: "It could have happened at any time." And saying that if I had purchased the extended warranty it would have been covered. All around very poor customer service. Not only we reported the problem, we paid diagnostic fee for the problem to be formally diagnosed, only to be told that no faults were identified and no repairs needed. The car broke down the next day and left my son stranded. Having had the car towed back to the shop, the refund for the diagnostic fee was not reimbursed and we were quoted excessive amount of repairs needed instead of replacing the poor quality hose which has already been replaced 3 times over the course of last year by... read more

Very poor customer service.
I have had nothing but problems with this dealership for over a year now. If I could give them zero stars I would. My service tech Roger is very polite but thats the only good thing I can say about my experience at VWS.

My daughter brought car to be fixed as the display screen went blank. She waited an hour and a half and they did not even bring the car back to be looked at it yet. She had to leave and my car was never serviced. So my screen and back up cameras are not operational.
