This may be one of the worst vendor experiences I have ever had. Multiple issues:-Missed payroll twice in a row -Promised 3 months of complimentary services which was not honored -Opened 401k plan, created contributions in error and then charged $1500 to terminate plan -Made an error in Q2 payroll taxes - When attempted to contact specialists for help, they cancelled the requested meetings, hung up, and did not return emails Their operation seems incredibly sloppy if not borderline illegal given the mistakes they have made. ... read more

They are the absolutely the worst payroll service Ive ever had. I tried for almost 2 years to get them to do certified payrolls correctly. I was told they knew how to do it but never could get anyone qualified. Constant role over of new employees most under trained with no knowledge of a certified/ prevailing wage payroll.They would go in to correct an issue and mess with my regular payroll. So many mistakes. They should not be in business! J ******** ****'t even say they deserve 1 star.

Stupidest company I have ever encountered. I beg you not to trust them. Someone hacked THEIR SITE, stole my money, and they are completely unwilling and unable to help. With a smile on their stupid f'ing voice. After 10 hours, you might be lucky enough to talk to an absolute moron.

If I can leave a zero stars I would. They were our payroll company, and we found out that they didnt pay our taxes a few years ago. I called up and spoke to ***** who was so rude and kept telling me that did I know how many years ago that was- Like who cares your company didnt do their job. supposedly he told me he would contact a supervisor to look into this. We didnt hear back so I called again and spoke to ****** who was also rude and he told me that he would put in a ticket for a supervior to call me. Still nothing then ... read more

Paychex loves to funnel employees of companies using paychex through their chat function to "resolve" issues. I have wasted hours of my time attempting to get support from these agents who appear to be some kind of LLM-based chatbot or only have access to a limited number of text options. The issues are never resolved, information from previous conversations aren't carried over to save time, and they always end up sending me back to my employer to answer a question my employer does not and cannot provide. Our company had a horrendous experience with PayChex payroll through this office. Our "dedicated specialist" never returned a phone call or email, instead we were bounced to different "specialists" each time, creating no consistency or accountability. When we finally got fed up and left their services, they closed our account without issuing a final paycheck to our intern. They had to reopen and reclose the account, but someone was incompetent enough not to reclose the account in a timely fashion causing another month of pay... read more

If I could leave zero stars I would! ******** customer service, payroll was canceled for no reason, no one has answers and they keep deducting money from my account. They tell you to email them yet it takes days upon days for a response and customer service tells you the complete opposite of what my ***** says. Far too expensive for such a lack of service! Wouldn't recommend to anyone!
