We have had 3 dogs with Pender throughout the last 10 years and have had the absolute best experiences with our pups. We lost one of our pack 6 years ago and it was heartbreaking but they made it peaceful for our dog and us as well. With our two senior pups we have left they have learned to know where we are going and are not afraid like some dogs. The staff and vets are amazing they love animals and their jobs and do it very efficiently thank you for being our dogs vets!
Dr. Jason Flanery is THE BEST! He displayed care and sympathy for out 9 yo Yorkie, Foxy. During all visits, Foxy is very receptive to Dr. Jason's care. We will continue to seek care from Dr. Jason Falnery, he's THE BEST!!!!
We are incredibly grateful to Dr.Andrew Voell and staffs at Pender Vet for the care, dedication, and compassion they show to our baby Mico. The Pender family of veterinarians and staff are first-rate! Words can't really express the scope of expertise and experience, not to mention comfort and compassion, that mark their care of animals. Dr. Cranston and her assistant Kirsten are among the best of the best. While Dr. Cranston's knowledge and know-how ensure the highest quality medical care, Kirsten, the 'Cat Whisperer,' is nothing short of a wizardess in soothing the most difficult of felines (namely, my cat Callie). Exceptional people, exceptional care.
Everyone at Pender understands that our pets are our babies. They don’t mind several calls in the middle of the night when you are worried about your baby. They allow you to leave a shirt that smells like you for them to sleep with. Dr. Young was amazing at finding Lady’s cancer before it spread. WONDERFUL!!!! I typically don’t write reviews but I was truly amazed at how caring and kind all the staff was here. I saw Veterinarian Dr. Danielle Shearer for my Leopard gecko and she was very knowledgable, kind, friendly, and so much more! The techs as well just went above and beyond to make sure my little girl and I were okay without judgement or rudeness. Also the prices are really fair. I highly recommend! Thank you ALL :)
Always great care. Technicians know my pet and always talk with me after to discuss latest status of my pet. Been going here for decades and always the same wonderful care.
My experience at Pender continues to be excellent. The staff in general is always pleasant, willing to help, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. Dr. Hyatt I continue to trust implicitly with my cats. His knowledge, sensitivity to the situation, his ability to explain what is going on, and the options mean the world to me in taking care of my animals. Thank you!
