The only thing other than excellent was when I was signing the closing and found that my address was initially entered wrongly and had not been corrected. Due to title company's advice, I was able to have notary to change address and initial changes.

Very disappointed in Pennymac. They mistakenly withdrew multiple mortgage payments at once for the same month. They were unwilling to resolve the issues presented due to this error but assured me "it wouldn't happen again".
