Throughout the entire loan application and completion James Wright and Ruben Rualo were nothing short of outstanding. Due to my purchase modifications substantial additional tasks were put upon these two gentlemen and they handled them exceptionally.

I thought the process was overall pretty good but the requirements seemed a bit overwhelming at times and I had to present documentation twice over not sure seemed like communication issues within the department, not sure.

We did a refinance with pennymac. Everyone was so nice to GET us to refinance, then once we signed the paperwork they were no longer helpful. An automatic payment came through for our PREVIOUS loan, they were unwilling to refund it and actually said we had to wait atleast 20 days to get our money back and ordered us to do a stop payment with our bank, which my bank was no able to do. We didn’t know how to go about getting a loan. The loan officer was very helpful and personable. He went out of his way to make sure we understood everything. I had a question I emailed him . He answered immediately.
