I just wish Pennymac had paid off the credit card companies direct instead of sending me individual checks for each institution. Now I gotta figure out where to send them.

The only issue was computer generated requests to complete items already completed. It was handled by Chaix Cole very well. She explained how it happens and badically kept an open line of communication to keep me informed. That was a great help.
