We didn't start out with pennymac and unfortunately we had our mortgage sold to them without our knowledge. We are trying to rebuild our house after a tornado and the process is only being held up by Pennymac. They want their money right away and are.on your butt if you are even a day late but they are taking their sweet time releasing funds and have horrible communication skills. I can't wait to get rid of pennymac. They got one star but only because I couldn't give zero

I would say improve your communication with your customers overall. I am not talking about onee specific person. I am.saying if there any documents pending you need to call the customer on the phone if the document hasn't been received.

I was a little confused on having to resend info i had already sent over. It didn't seem like everyone was on the same page and shared what they had already gotten from us. Maybe a little more organized communication.

THE PROCESS WAS VERY EASY AND QUICK. THE ONLY ISSUE WAS I COULD NOT PAY MY MORTGAGE ON-LINE WHILE GOING THROUGH THIS PROCESS BECAUSE IT DEFAULTED TO THE LOAN AND NOT THE MORTGAGE SCREEN. I CALLED IN TO MAKE THE MORTGAGE PAYMENT SO IT WASN'T TOO BAD
