PennyMac was the worst customer service I ever dealt with..her response was basically that's how we do it and we don't care if you like it..I was even told I could refinance with someone else..and at the end I was even offered to purchase insurance from them lol these people care nothing off the common man!!

PennyMac has been our mortgage company right after we bought the house in 2017. Service has been great and have not experienced any issue with payments. Great customer service and communication, when needed, has been excellent.
