Yester was very responsive and knowledgeable. She made the refinance very easy and answered all the questions I had. If she didn’t know the answer she told me she would find out and get back with me. She always followed back up with me.

I had no issues with Nathan or Anna. I have bought and sold at least 20 houses in my lifetime and though this loan retired the most documentation I found it to be acceptable. I have already recommended Pennymac to another borrower

Only issue is with your automated document tracker. You need to have the option of having your agents be able to update when they receive the required documents and not just those uploaded to the tool. This precludes the customer from being inundate
