I was happy with them until recently. I pay escrow account so they can pay my taxes and my property insurance. Today is November 29th and my homeowner's insurance is due December 2nd. So far PennyMac has not paid my homeowner's insurance. I had to pay for it or I would lose my homeowner's coverage. Penny Mac, you need to refund me my escrow account.!
