I have had issues with the processor, Amy. She has told me she would call at a given time, and did not return the calls. After waiting for her to call, I contacted her. “Oops, sorry about that.” She states to contact her moving forward simply text her. I text, no response…so I contact PennyMac and essentially fire her, saying to change my processor or I’m done.
