The discussion around my expectations of the closing should have been reviewed and comprehend better than to continue to push the csr into Refi that was not in favor of the csr wishes. I also had to request updated closing documents multiple times. I think the website should updated/ monitored better as it was not working properly most of the time. Sandi was not at fault but the other departments working alongside her I feel could have been more align and attentive to detail.
