The process was made very simple and right to the point
Had some issues with communication. Being told one thing and then being told something different after. Was told we would need no money to close. Received a phone call two days later saying I needed 1200 bucks to close. It became a little frustrating
I thought Julie and Christopher did a great job . However when l was waiting for my appraisal to come back l was told that they didn’t need anything else then in the 9th hour the underwriting asked for information that l had already gotten a clearance from Christopher on . I would have liked to have that discussion during the 10 days when I was waiting for my appraisal results. A side from that l was quite satisfied and would recommend a friend and or finance my primary residence through Penny Mac . Willie Dillon

Some of the documents requested were not clear on what they were. It would be nice to have an explanation included.
