I still have not received the cash out amount I borrowed. The transaction should not have closed before I received the full amount I borrowed. I am expected to pay $304,000 and I never received the $97K cash while the $197K was paid for the former Pennymac loan. If I don't receive the cash out I will not pay the $304k loan.

- She requested the same documents several times even thought I had informed her about that. - She ignored my notification; as a consequence, the documents for closing date were delayed. - Her explanations/ answers showed that she wasn't knowledgable about the loan process.
