I would like to make it very clear that Yester was extremely polite and pleasant and returned all of my calls. Unfortunately, the underwriting team she was working with did not relay the proper information to her so she could, in turn, relay it to me. Documents I turned in timely were misplaced and then made to disappear and look like I turned them in toward the end of the process (which explains why I was asked to submit them again - even though they had been found). Emails sent to the generic "mymacteam@pnmac.com" were never answered. I sent several and never got a response. Only way to get a hold of anyone was to call in. I often had to call in multiple times before getting an issue resolved (e.g. took multiple phone calls spread over several days to get some mistakes on the closing disclosure corrected). I like the communication between us thru emails, phones calls were returned same or next day if we had questions. The only clutch was the Home Appraisal was delayed by more pics needed is all which held up the day expected to close by otherwise all good!
