I wish there was a way to deduct stars. Pennymac is the worst! Every time I call I speak with someone that does not understand my questions, it seems that theyre outsourced. Im stuck and I do not like the position that Pennymac has put me in. there needs to be more education for the people that answer the phones. I did tell the person that I talked to that if you cannot answer my question I am ok with you transferring me to someone else that can. They said that they could do it, but never did . NOT HAPPY!!!
