Penny Mac received our funds from our Insurance company after two Hurricanes. I followed there steps to have the funds released . And it was the worst experience of my life . They tried to push exceptions to be made each was denied which delayed the process. We had to find a contractor after having someone to do the work . They made us jump through hoops the whole time needing to get our house fixed and very rude . I finally got the paperwork in as they requested received a portion to get the job done.
