Our only issue was with the notary assigned to our loan. Our appointment was for 3 pm. She didn’t get to our house until 4:30. She did let us know she was running a little behind, but not an hour and a half late.

Liem was very patient with me as he explained each step of the loan process, and it was a process! I fully understood his needs and directions with all paperwork and using the computer to process the information. I can use all the help I can get.
