My loan was recently sold to PennyMac from another lender, I was told that nothing would change but that was simply not the case. PennyMac unwilling to work with me to correct some billing issues, not happy with the customer service I received as a new customer.

The individuals we worked with were great. The only issue we had was, we continuously received request for items after we sent the items in. Actually we are still getting request to send in items even after the loan has been approved.
