This is the second time that I’ve wanted to do a cash out refinance and the second time that I have been told that I didn’t qualify. but, I do qualify to refinance at a lower rate and have to start over again. Not going to do this again with PENNYMAC unless it is a cash out refinance. If PENNYMAC cannot do it, I will find a company that can.
