Step by Step through out the process.
From the onset of the process, I was very pleased. My first contact was Yazan Abalouli (sp.?), who is a very pleasant, professional young man. I was very comfortable with Yazan as he came across as a very caring and compassionate individual. He was very patient and didn't seemed bothered by my lack of knowledge and/or numerous questions. If Paul would have listen to me I would not have been out of 78K which is lost in the system somewhere. He was not cooperative on many levels he just was looking for the easy out not serving the customer. I had much better experiences in the past with PennyMac but this was the worst. I am so disappointed in your company at this point and Paul made what should have been a tremendous experience a nightmare and I am still suffering
