Peter was extremely helpful with the many questions and confusions I had. This is a long process, Peter had all the patience with me. The loan process went well; however, at times I would receive several phone calla from a office representative ensuring the necessary paperwork requested has been sent. I explained to her all were submitted promptly through the portal. She checked and agreed all were submitted. This occurred several times, calls were not necessary... Question 7 and the other answers that were less than stellar were due to the Title Company underperforming. All of the service and advice from Sandra, Paul, and PennyMac were over-the-top outstanding!
