It has nothing to do with Danyell. She did a great job providing customer service. It’s the PennyMac process itself. They just take over & They decide how much of your equity money they will send to whom. I had it all mapped out how I wanted funds to be distributed & asked to be included in the conversation. I was told more than once “they don’t do it that way”. My impression is PennyMac is not accustomed to dealing with responsible clients.
