I had great experience with the customer service I received from the team. Tanairy was always updated me on what’s going on with refinance process up to the moment when it was completed & when my loan was funded. She did a good job.

Everyone did a great job as far as I can tell I'm assuming that my closure is done and I am assuming that my house is paid off but no one has called me or sent me any paperwork telling me that it's been paid off please advise

This is my 7th refinance and the longest. Took more than 3 months with 2 appraisal. I think you have lot of overhead on the system and room to improve. Weekly check-in process is useless without any meaningful update other than mechanically asking last name and last four digit of ssn.
From the first person I talked with at Pennymac, Nuvia, to the last, I have been treated as a person rather than a business transaction. We were not able to get the money we originally wanted from the refinance, but that doesn’t take away from the exceptional, personable engagements we enjoyed with all the Pennymac personnel.
