If I could give them zero stars I would. Please do not use them! I did not start out with them. I originally was with George mason and they were great. They messed up my escrow adding excessive flood insurance when I already was fully insured. I have been been trying to get it resolved for 40 days and it has my mortgage I creased by $1000! I was hung up on by escrow manager and he never even bothered to call back. Getting customer service on the phone is difficult. Horrible experience!!!
