Stay away from this lender. They don’t respond to any email and they have outsourced their customer service team via the toll free phone number to who knows what country. Every interaction I’ve had with them has been unbelievable. They are all very nasty, they could care less about your issue and they are, unfortunately, a despicable part of the mortgage industry. I’ve never been late on a payment and get treated like trash. Buyer beware.
