It takes 15 minutes to make a payment by phone with one of the reps. She was rude and obnoxious. I asked to talk to her manager and she refused. I had to listen to a lengthy generic speech just to make a payment! I was not able to use the online services, or I would have paid online rather than dealing with her. I PERSONALLY HATE PENNYMAC AND THE WAY THEY HANDLE MY MORTGAGE!
