The entire process was extremely pleasant. Hilda Kuklinski clearly communicated the process, requested documents and time line. She was responsive and pleasant throughout. Our documents were accurate, even after we made change request on the loan amount.
I had to keep sending Termite inspection paperwork . It was faster buying this house than it was to refinance.
I think we had to many representatives changes. Wish we'd had LaRonda Hyde throughout the entire process. We felt she was only one who actually cared for us as customers 👍
The whole process was quick and painless. Everyone I dealt with were very professional.
