Everything worked out as expected.
If it wasn't for Jocelyn Nieves, the whole process was awful. The errors, the not entering my application back in August, then not doing complete research for the next time I entered my application to say I was approved and then it was denied, to asking for documents over and over again, it was all just a nightmare. I really wouldn't suggest Penny Mac to anyone at this point but thank GOD for Joselyn. She was wonderful, explained the final process to me, heard was I was saying, called me directly at home. So easy!! I was dreading doing this but everyone at Penny Mac made it so easy. And the website with all the documents was great to use! Absolutely a wonderful process.
PennyMac has very professional and friendly staff that made our whole refinance process a breeze. Would highly recommend them to friends and family.
